The 3rd Regional Conference on Criminal Law and Challenges of Fighting Cybercrime
To be held at the University of Mundiapolis in Morocco on October 27 - 29, 2010.
This conference is an opportunity for academics and members of the judiciary to exchange ideas and discuss most recent topics focusing on Cybercrime and Criminal law. Bringing together leading academics and practitioners from all over the world, the conference will explore comparative approaches to intellectual property and discuss privacy, information technology and other cybercrime issues. Interested academics and practitioners may participate in this conference through attendance and discourse or by providing presentations, panels, or papers focusing on criminal Law, security, cybercrime and computer forensics including:
-Cybercrime
-Electronic signature
-Electronic commerce
- Infringement and enforcement of IPRs
-Internet jurisdiction
-Electronic transactions and electronic payment
-Human trafficking
-Organized crime
- Fraud and forgery in capital markets
-International cooperation to fight organized crime
-Digital evidence
-Cyber security
-Consumer protection
-Computer forensics

The conference committee is seeking submissions of papers for oral presentations at the conference in two major categories:
- Full papers - these papers will be peer reviewed by members of the program committee and will be published in a special conference issue with an ISBN.
- Oral presentations - these papers will not be peer reviewed. These papers will be selected on merit by the program committee. Authors must thus provide about 100-150 word abstract.
Arabic, French and English are the working languages of the conference. No translation will be provided during the sessions.
